The Agreement

Six clauses, readable ones

The core of the deal between you and us. If anything here ever conflicts with one of the four policy pages, the policy page wins — it's the more specific promise.

01

Acceptance

Browsing the site or placing an order means you accept these terms. That's the whole mechanism — there's no separate contract to sign. This page is the agreement, all of it.

02

Eligibility

This store is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, online or offline.

03

Electronic communications

When you message us or email us, you accept getting replies electronically. Notices sent by email or posted on the site count as written communication and satisfy any legal requirement for writing.

04

Your order details

You're responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address and contact details you provide. If a parcel goes astray because of a wrong address, reach out quickly — we'll always try to help, but we can't reship what was sent to the wrong place through no fault of ours.

05

Changes to the site and these terms

We may update the site, its products, and these terms at any time. The current version always lives on this page with a fresh "last updated" date, and each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

06

Service suspension

We can refuse or cancel an order, or suspend access to the site, in cases of fraud signals, payment failure, or abuse of the store. Ordinary orders from ordinary customers never come close to this clause.

Orders & Payment

How orders and money work

Four things worth knowing before checkout.

Payment through PayPal

All payments are processed by PayPal. Your card details stay on PayPal's platform and never touch our servers, and every purchase is covered by buyer protection.

Made to order

Every watch is made to order and inspected before dispatch. The specs and photos on each listing are the watch you'll receive — that's the deal, and it's why change-of-mind returns don't apply.

Pricing errors

If a listing ever shows a wrong price or spec, we're not bound by the error. We'll tell you promptly and refund you in full — no arguments, no partial refunds on cancelled orders.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when our confirmation email arrives. Until then, we may decline an order and refund any payment in full, for example if an item is unavailable.

Acceptable Use

Use the site, don't abuse it

You get a personal, non-transferable license to browse and buy. Everything on the site — text, photos, layout, code — belongs to us or our licensors, and it stays that way.

No scraping or bulk copying No resale of site content No reverse engineering No fraudulent orders No interfering with the site No unlawful use of any kind

Break these rules and your license to use the site ends immediately. Anything you upload or send us (like claim photos) stays yours — you only give us permission to use it to handle your order or claim.

The Legal Bits

Liability, honestly stated

Two clauses most stores bury in capital letters. Here they are in daylight.

Our liability

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep listings accurate and the store running, but we can't guarantee that every detail is error-free or that the site will never be briefly unavailable.

Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — the same amount our refund policy puts back when something goes wrong.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, and nothing here limits the guarantees on our guarantee page.

If disputes arise

If something goes wrong with an order, the answer is almost always on the refund & returns page — start there and contact us before anything formal. We resolve claims through direct conversation first.

These terms are governed by applicable consumer law. Where any clause here conflicts with the law where you live, the law wins — and the rest of the terms stay in force.

If you use the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law, you're responsible for the consequences of that use, not us.

FAQ

Terms questions, answered

Do these terms apply as soon as I use the site?+
Yes. Browsing or ordering means you accept them, the same way every online store works. The difference is that the whole agreement fits on one readable page instead of ten pages of capital letters.
How old do I have to be to order?+
At least 18. This store is for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All payments go through PayPal, so your payment is handled on their platform with PayPal buyer protection on every purchase. We don't take card details directly.
What happens if a price or spec is listed wrong?+
It's rare, but listings can carry mistakes. If one shows up, the order is cancelled and the full amount comes back through PayPal — we won't hold you to a price we got wrong.
Can these terms change?+
Yes, and updates are posted right here with a fresh last-updated date at the top. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed, so nothing changes retroactively.
Where are the detailed policies?+
All four are linked from the short-versions section near the top of this page. They're shorter and more specific than these terms, so when they cover the same ground in more detail, start there.

Clear on the terms? Pick your watch.

One agreement, four short policies, and a human on the other end of the contact page whenever anything is unclear.
